302 Barrington Arms is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with breath-taking views of the landscaped grounds, lagoons, and the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has new appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Granite countertops in the baths all enhance the overall ambience of this upscale villa. There are 3 new flat screen TV's, which includes a 32 inch in the living room. The master bedroom features a king bed, a balcony that is shared with the living room, and a private bath with double vanities and a combination Jacuzzi tub/shower. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, a partial ocean and lagoon view, and a hall bath with a combination Jacuzzi tub/shower. Visitors will enjoy the large covered balcony, whether sipping a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cool glass of lemonade in the afternoon. Barrington Arms offers a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, and covered grilling area, along with elevators and a covered parking garage.

| 302 Barrington Arms was very tastefully decorated and the view from the balcony was great. The grounds were beautifully manicured and access to the beach was not to far. We will definitely be back. | |||
