| This home and this location were perfect for a family vacation. The staff at Beach Properties provided all the information we needed in advance of our departure so that when we arrived we just walked into the house and began to enjoy our vacation. The unit was very clean and well maintained, exactly as presented in the photos and web site description. The location is perfect, within walking distance to South Beach Marina, and right on the water. The south end of the island is quiet and private - a perfect spot! The house was very well equipped for cooking in the kitchen and out on the grill. This home is perfect for family vacations with plenty of room to spread out or to gather together. | |||

| Love the location of Lands End! Its away from the throngs in summer yet just a short walk or bike ride from South Beach which is ideal. Having young grandchildren the sound offers them the beach without the big waves. Dolphin sighting becomes almost routine if that is possible! 31 Lands End was lovely, well appointed, and very comfortable. I do wish the lighting in the kitchen had been a bit stronger, but that is my only criticism of this great property. I would definitely stay in #31 again. | |||
