310A Beach Lagoon Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is a perfect example of Sea Pines rentals on Hilton Head. Conveniently located, this private villa is just a short 4 minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club for beach access & short walk to the Plantation Club Community pool.
Upon entering this villa, you will pass through a private courtyard with table and chairs and beautiful tropical landscape. The updated kitchen features granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is the dining and living area which provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The living area has a flat panel TV and opens to the glass enclosed porch. This large porch has tons of seating and offers great views of the lagoon and the Ocean Course golf course. In addition, there is a graveled sitting area outside as well a grassy area to play or just enjoy the scenery.
The first king master, located off the main living area also offers access to the large screened porch with golf and lagoon views. This master bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower combo and a separate vanity area with a granite top. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third has another king bed. Both of these bedrooms share the full hall bathroom which has a tub/shower combo as well as a beautiful granite top vanity. All three of these bedrooms also feature flat panel TVs. This single level villa is a great location for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

| What a great experience! We will not hesitate to use Beach Properties on our next trip to Hilton Head. The villa we stayed in was very clean and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located a few minutes walk or bike ride to the pool and the beach. We had an issue with the dryer, and Beach Properties had someone out to look at it within a half hour; and an appliance repairman the next day. | |||

| This was the first time we have stayed at the Beach Lagoon Villas. We were a little concerned that our villa was a lagoon/golf course view rather than a beach view, but, because it was oceanside and a 3-4 minute walk down a walkway to the beach we decided to give it a try. We loved it!! We would sit out every morning and watch golfers, flying fish, & Herons. The villa is close to probably the best stretch of beach in Hilton Head and an easy bike ride to anywhere in Sea Pines. You walk into the villa thru a private courtyard with a patio and table. The villa has been updated with new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash & tile floor; new bathroom vanities, granite tops and tile floors; newer carpet and Tommy Bahama furniture in the living room/dining area. The bedrooms have great separation for guests or several families, as the second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has another king sized bed. The sunroom is across the entire back of the home with access from the living room and master bedroom. This villa is very comfortable. I would highly recommend it! | |||

| My husband and children loved the property and location to the ocean and activities located close to the property. We enjoyed bike riding and the cleanliness of the property and surrounding properties. We will definitely be back to Sea Pines. | |||
