There is a large sundeck as well as a grilling area. Exercise enthusiasts will appreciate the indoor heated pool and spa, as well as the newly-updated fitness center. 3428 Villamare has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining area is adjacent to the living area. Guests can relax on the new couch, loveseat and ultra suede armchair while watching the 40 inch flat panel television. The covered balcony provides a great view of the lagoon, beautiful trees and the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony can be accessed through both the living room and the master bedroom. The master has a 32 inch mounted flat panel TV and offers a soaking tub, vanity area, and separate shower and toilet. The guest bedroom offers 2 Queen beds, a private balcony and side table. Conveniently, it also has a private bath.
