Located on a quiet street, with Harbour Town Golf Course just steps away, 35 Battery has a light, bright feel and an open, single level floor plan. Upon entering the front door, guests enter the living/dining room, which has cathedral ceilings, and is adjacent to a deck overlooking the backyard and pool. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen which has hardwood floors and granite countertops. There is also a separate sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms are located on the other side of the living/dining room. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, his & her sinks and a separate shower. The other two bedrooms share a bath, and one has a Queen bed while the other has two twin beds. A third full bath is located off of the kitchen. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The deck has stairs down to the pool area, and provides guests with a peaceful and relaxing setting.

| Eight friends from college days, 40 years ago, spent a wonderful, restful, and relaxing week in Hilton Head at 35 Battery Road. The house was beautiful, well appointed and with everything we needed. The property was quiet, secluded and the pool was private and refreshing. | |||

| This house was a great break from the hotel or villa routine! The property was clean upon arrival, well furnished, and felt just like home. Even though we had houses all around us, it was landscaped well, and felt like we had plenty of privacy. Very nice property! | |||

| Great home with all the amenities... we felt right at home with the setting and the home. We biked the five minutes to the beach and enjoyed the sand, water and sun; later to return to our private oasis at 35 Battery to enjoy poolside and deck happy hour. The neighbors were nice and we look forward to another stay in 2012 or sooner... Thanks to the owner for making this property available... it was great, clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable for the six of us. | |||
