365 Greenwood Drive is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home offering room for large family gatherings. Located on a double lot with magnificent oak trees, this spacious home has a gorgeous grass yard, private pool with a cabana, and an outdoor shower. The expansive backyard features a large kidney-shaped pool surrounded by tall trees, hedges, and a partial fence to provide the utmost in privacy. The front of the house has a beautiful living room and a formal dining room, both overlooking the front lawn. The great room has vaulted ceilings, 2 large couches, and a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a large center island, stainless steel appliances, a small desk area, and access to an outdoor side patio with table and chairs. The master bedroom with a king bed, overlooks the pool and backyard. The queen bedroom has a desk and a sliding glass door out to the side yard. The final bedroom, with 2 twin beds, has 2 sliding glass doors leading to both the backyard patio with the pool, and the side patio off the kitchen. All 3 bedrooms offer private baths with combination tub/shower. There is also half bath by the laundry room, which is off of the kitchen. Just a 7 minute walk to the beach and close to Sea Pines activities, restaurants, and bike paths, 365 Greenwood Drive is conveniently located between South Beach Marina and Harbour Town. Guests will certainly enjoy their family vacation in this delightful home.
