Located in the South Beach Marina Village area, it's just a 2 minute walk to the beach, on-site pool and the South Beach Marina for shopping, restaurants, boating and fishing activities. This delightful duplex has a cheery living room with vaulted ceilings, wet bar and desk area. The screen and glass-enclosed porch can be accessed through the living room, dining room and master bedroom.
