Enjoy staying in Sea Pines Resort Hilton Head homes, like 4 Audubon Pond. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located on the South Beach area and is just an easy 7-10 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Upon entering the home, from the main entrance, is the large living and dining rooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and provides access to the screened-in porch and the sundeck overlooking the pool. Walking through the adjoining dining room, you will enter the spacious kitchen. This eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has seating for 6 people along with direct access to the screened-in porch.
To the right if the living area is the Master bedroom with a king bed, which has direct access to the upper deck overlooking the pool. It has a private bathroom with a skylight, double sinks and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own private bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located off of the living/dining room and has two twin beds. There is a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower that can be used by guests staying in this bedroom or on those using the sleeper sofa. Located down the hall from the kitchen, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is very private and is also located by the home's side entrance.
Guests will be able to relax on the cozy furnishings located in the screened-in porch or sunbathe on the upper deck, all while enjoying the gorgeous marsh views. This home has everything you need to relax on a family vacation with the convenience to South Beach Marina and other Hilton Head Island resorts activities, such as biking, tennis, golf and watersports.

| This was the second year that my friends and I stayed in this home. We all went to High School together and have vacationed in Hilton Head for the past 8 years. We love the house! The heated pool is great and the walk to the beach is not bad at all. The home is on a dead end street and is so quiet. In the morning and evening you can see deer walking thru the yard. The yard has plenty of bird feeders; bringing all kinds of birds to the yard. We enjoy sitting on the screened in porch and watching the activity in the yard. Love it!!! | |||

| All requests made to Beach Properties (gate passes, minor repairs, etc) were attended to immediately. We liked the home because it \"felt like a home\" and the number of bedrooms allowed us to have visits from our S.C. children and grandchildren as well as friends passing through on their way to Florida. The location is quiet and less than a 10 minute walk to the ocean. Also, it backed up to a meadow. We enjoyed feeding the deer which appeared every day in our backyard. Everything was the best and the worst was having to return to the snow and cold of Ontario. | |||

| We love this home! The screened in back porch is one of our favorite spots. The layout, the spaciousness, the short distance to the beach and the beautiful furnishings add up to the fact that we keep renting this house again and again. The cost is also very fair for 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We always check out other homes but for 3 years have come back to this one! | |||
