409 Shorewood is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 4th floor villa, offering spectacular direct oceanfront views. You can watch the sunrise from your balcony, which is shared between the living room and the master bedroom. Tastefully decorated in uplifting colors, the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a 52 inch flat panel TV with HDTV featuring Blu-Ray DVD. The villa overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping. Light wood floors in the entryway and dining area lead to tile in the kitchen, hallway, and baths. The kitchen has updated cabinets, countertops and stainless steel appliances. Whether guests are preparing food in the kitchen, enjoying a meal with the family, or relaxing in the living room, they can see the breath-taking view of the ocean.
The master bedroom offers a king bed with a private bath with a combination tub/shower. There is a wall-mounted 32 inch flat panel TV with HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD. Guests have access to a sliding glass door leading to the balcony with a dramatic view of the ocean and the sand. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds with a 27 inch flat panel TV, a view of lots of trees outside their window, and hall combination bath.
The Shorewood Complex is located in the highly desirable Forest Beach area, and is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants. The Shorewood Community provides complete privacy with an electronic access gate and plenty of parking. There is a large oceanfront swimming pool with a graduated entry and a water feature for kids to play. Other amenities include a children's pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a private beach walk. Shorewood is comprised of 5 buildings, with a nice grass area in the center, perfect for families to gather.

| Reserving this vacation condo online and sight-unseen made me somewhat nervous. Once we arrived, all anxiety was relieved! It was everything we had hoped for and more. Perfect location with picture window and balcony looking directly at the ocean, and as close to the beach as you can get. The pool was very relaxing and clean. The weather was perfect all seven days of our stay. The condo was clean, well cared for, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The condo is in a gated complex and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. A great value! | |||

| 409 Shorewood was very spacious and the flat screen televisions and Blu-ray players were a hit with the family. The unit was immaculate and you provided excellent service (due to slippery bath tubs we had requested bath mats-within 2-3 hours housekeeping dropped off 2 new bath mats). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The balcony provided an excellent view of the sunrise and was a great place to have a late night snack. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and shops. | |||

| First time staying on HHI. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Oceanfront...short walk to pool and beach...couldnt ask for more. No problems at all during our stay. Beautiful view from balcony. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Have stayed in many small beach towns up and down both Carolina coast and enjoyed this vacation the most. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. | |||
