Hilton Head Sea Pines rentals is a great place to spend a relaxing family vacation. 44 Old Military is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the heart of Sea Pines. With the bike path directly behind the property, it is an easy bike ride to Harbour Town or a very short ride to the beach. This home has been completely renovated inside and out...including the pool and hot tub.
The entry of the home has beautiful wood floors that flow into the living room, dining room and master bedroom. To the left is a very spacious, updated eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Off the kitchen you will also find a laundry room with washer and dryer and a pantry. The formal dining room, located between the kitchen and the living room, has a large table and opens up to the screened porch. There is also a large round table with 4 chairs on the porch, a great place to relax and enjoy an afternoon snack. Around the corner is a very comfortable and inviting living room with a queen sleeper sofa and flat panel TV. From the living room guests can access the back deck leading to the pool, hot tub and beautiful, landscaped backyard.
Down the hall is the well-appointed, large master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath with double sinks and a separate shower. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and French doors that open to the back deck. The second master bedroom also has a king bed and private bath with a standard tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has 2 twins and shares a hall bathroom with a shower.
44 Old Military is a private home in a quiet residential neighborhood, where you will feel at home. With all of the local attractions in Hilton Head SC within a bike ride or short drive away, this vacation rental has everything to offer.

| We had a perfectly relaxing vacation at our home for the week. The service was very good, prompt, polite and informative - the emails prior to arrival were very helpful. The house was perfect size for our family to have space but also to be together. The pool was nice to have for a quick dip or for a quiet relaxing afternoon! Loved the calm colors and the brightness of the home. We could bike to the beach and be there in 10 -15 minutes at the most; bike to Harbour Town and the shopping center if we needed any small item. Best? The screened in porch - our favorite hangout in late afternoon and for dinner! | |||

| We LOVED the house we stayed in at 44 Old Military Road in Sea PInes. Besides the property being beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for, it was clean, everything worked and it was so quiet. Also, the furniture was brand new and the beds were so comfy. Everything, including the pool was very well maintained. I actually thought the house and backyard were nicer than the pictures on the web were able to portray them. Booking the property and checking in was very simple. We will definitely use Beach Properties again! | |||
