5 Deer Run Lane is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Sea Pines. There is a charming, private courtyard garden with a brick walkway in the front of the house. This beautifully updated home offers a bright, nautical-themed kitchen with granite counters, flat-top stove and tiled floor. The breakfast nook seats four, and tall windows let in natural light. The carpeted living room provides a sleeper sofa and cathedral ceilings. The first master suite allows the guest to sit outside on a private patio overlooking the yard. This suite, with double vanities, has a private bath. The second master suite is nicely furnished with a private bath. The third bedroom has two twins with a hall bathroom and access to a sliding door to the front courtyard. The backyard is a perfect island vacation setting. An elongated, kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by grass and palm trees. Bird enthusiasts will be delighted with the secluded area as they relax under an umbrella at the wrought iron table for four. The best surprise is the detached, screened-in bar area with four swivel chairs and additional seating. Sports fans will enjoy their own getaway place to catch a game or race on TV.
