Situated on a corner lot with a large grass yard, this home is perfect for outdoor activities with the entire family. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway, and in the double carport. The spacious living room/dining area has high ceilings and a skylight. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the brand new L-shaped leather couch, featuring a large footrest, a built-in chaise lounge, drink holders, and a console for the remote controls. An adjacent glass-enclosed porch overlooks the pool and deck. The kitchen has an island with a glass-top stove, and a breakfast bar for two. There is also a 2nd utility sink, and an entrance to the covered parking. The first master bedroom is located in the back of the house, offering guests great privacy. It has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The private bath features double sinks with granite counters, a combination tub/shower, and a telephone. The second master also has a king-sized bed and private bath with combination tub/shower. The other 2 bedrooms are connected through a private hallway, one with a queen bed, and the other with 2 twins. Each has their own private bath, shower only. The kidney-shaped swimming pool and spa* are secluded in the beautifully landscaped backyard, with a variety of seating for all guests. This home is just a short walk to the beach, or an easy bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

| Home away from home with beautiful backyard setting. Great floor plan for adults with bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen floor plan great for lots of chefs in the kitchen. Quick bike ride to beach and to bike trail. Very private house and private street. | |||

| 5 Jessamine Place was a beautiful, well-appointed and well laid out home. My husband, two daughters, son-in-law and three year old grandchild stayed there for a week in July. Our whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Getting to the beach we rode our bicycles so you will probably need one of the little carts the children ride in that are pulled behind a bicycle to carry beach chairs, a cooler etc. We will definitely go back to Hilton head and we will absolutely request 5 Jessamine Place! | |||
