5 Long Boat is a magnificent 2nd row home on 3 levels in the world famous Palmetto Dunes. With lush tropical landscaping and a circular driveway surrounding a beautiful dolphin water fountain , guests will feel the inviting atmosphere of a tropical resort. Located next to the beach path, the large swimming pool and separate spa offer the utmost in privacy with high hedges and an outdoor shower. Beautifully designed and decorated 5 Long Boat has marble and wood floors, custom cabinets and a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a flat stove and an additional island cooktop. Guests can start their day at the breakfast bar. The gas grill has its own outdoor deck. The living room boasts a 42 inch flat screen TV, leather furniture and coffered ceilings.
A screened porch is adjacent to the living room and overlooks the pool. Guests will delight in the multi-level covered decks, perfect for soaking in the ambience of the Low Country. On the lower level of the house the family room has a sleeper sofa, wet bar, mini fridge, microwave and TV. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and private bath on that level, as well as a 1/2 bath. Five steps lead guests to the second floor with two bedrooms each with exquisite private baths. The third level
master features a king bed with a his and her walk-in closet, private deck overlooking the pool, and an elegant private bath with sunken Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and separate toilet. 5
