505 Barrington Arms is a 5th floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse condo located in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. You will be amazed at the panoramic views of the ocean from most rooms. As you enter the villa, just past the foyer, is the kitchen which has been updated with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen opens up into the dining and living area. Passing through the dining room leads to the living room that has a flat panel TV, queen sleeper sofa and access to the covered oceanfront balcony. The large balcony provides guests with a spectacular oceanfront view, overlooking the pool, lagoon and landscaped grounds.
Off the dining area are two bedrooms...one with twin beds and the other with a queen. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares a bath with the hallway featuring a combo shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and offers a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony, making this room like a second master suite. On the opposite side of the villa is the master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi/tub shower. Enjoy the oceanfront views from this balcony, which connects to the living room balcony. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player and the set-up of the rooms offers great bedroom separation. This private villa also has tile flooring throughout the whole property.
The oceanfront Barrington complex offers a large pool, hot tub, poolside restrooms, showers and a grilling area. The beach in Palmetto Dunes is fabulous and guests can enjoy riding bikes up and down the beach or on the miles of bike paths around the island.
