Enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean surf from the balcony of this 5th floor villa, overlooking the pool and ocean! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for friends or family who come to visit! The kitchen in this villa has granite countertops, and the baths have been recently updated. 530 Shorewood has an open floor plan throughout the living and dining areas gives guests ample room to relax after a day at the beach!
The Shorewood Complex is located in the highly desirable Forest Beach area, and is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants. The Shorewood Community provides complete privacy with an electronic access gate and plenty of parking. There is a large new oceanfront swimming pool with a graduated entry and a water feature for kids to play. Other amenities include a children's pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a private beach walk. Shorewood is comprised of 5 buildings, with a nice grass area in the center, perfect for families to gather.

| The villa was really nice and well equipped with everything we needed. It was our 8th vacation in Hilton Head and I would rank 530 Shorewood as the best. | 530 Shorewood has a wonderful view...it is on the end, so it is more private. Beautiful kitchen, plenty of space. And, the location couldnt be beat! We are returning in May! Best recommendation ever! | |||
