5303 Hampton Place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with direct oceanfront views in every room. Tastefully decorated, this delightful villa offers balconies off both the living room and guest bedroom. A full kitchen offers new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Both the kitchen and dining area offer new white washed Pergo floors. The living room has a new 42 inch HD flat screen TV, beautiful ultra-suede sofa and loveseat and new carpet. Also new are the beach-scene swivel armchairs. Guests will appreciate the new bed mattresses, which are from the Simmons Beautyrest Black Velvet series. Both baths have Jacuzzi tubs. The master provides a separate shower and double sinks. This well-appointed villa overlooks a gorgeous landscaped yard with tall trees. The Hampton Place complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, grilling area, gazebo and deck, restrooms and showers.
