The perfect vacation can be found in Sea Pines home rentals such as 6 Jessamine. This lovely 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is located on a large, corner lot on a very quiet street. It has been remodeled with new travertine flooring, paint and a brand new kitchen.

As you walk in the door, there is a lovely view through the living room out to the back yard and pool*. To the left is the open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and contemporary cabinets, and the dining area with a table that seats 6 and a breakfast bar with 4 additional chairs. The area is light and bright with high, angled ceilings, a skylight, and sliding glass doors that open to a breezy, screened in porch. Off the kitchen are two bedrooms. The first is a Master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with separate shower only. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the living area and has a shower only. There is also a very large, separate laundry room off of the kitchen.

The living room has comfortable, plush seating and a large 37 inch flat panel TV. Sliding glass doors open to a deck with a propane gas grill. To the right of the living room are the other 2 bedrooms. The first is the second Master with a king bed, a very large walk in closet and a private bathroom with a separate tub and walk in shower. The fourth bedroom is set up for the younger members of the family with 2 sets of bunk beds and a sofa bed. There is also a large flat screen TV, and a private bathroom has a standard shower /tub combination.

There is plenty of seating around the pool area in the back yard for everyone to relax after a day at the beach, which is a very pleasant 10 minute walk from the home, or a short drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

    6 Jessamine is located on a quiet street a short driving distance from the Sea Pines Beach Club. With a lovely pool, very large bedrooms set apart from each other, a well stocked kitchen, it is an ideal home for a large family (including the grandparents) or two small families. An immaculately cared for home, it is in a wonderful location to ride bikes on the Sea Pines extensive bike paths nearby. Jessamine has no through traffic, so the street puts you in a lovely setting of tropical canopy and lovely landscaping. The central location of this home in Sea Pines makes it an ideal getaway if you want to be in the midst of everything Sea Pines has to offer, but experience your your own little paradise at the same time.

    I was skeptical from pictures, and wondered if the house was going to be all it was described as. But when we showed up it was everything described and more. Lots of room, very comfortable.

    Our family really enjoyed staying at 6 Jessamine. The home was in great condition and had the perfect amount of space for our family. The bike path to the beach was easily accessed from the property.
