As you walk into the home, you are immediately impressed by the open floor plan and beautiful, light wood flooring.  The living room, dining area and kitchen are all together for easy and enjoyable family gatherings.  The kitchen features dark granite countertops with a breakfast bar for 4, gorgeous wood cabinetry, a 5 burner gas stove and stainless steel appliances.  Next to the kitchen is a large wood dining room table that seats 8.  The adjacent living area has attractive furniture which includes a sleeper sofa, a 42 inch flat screen TV that hangs over the fireplace, and a wet bar.  The living room has a door which opens out to the screened-in porch.   There is also a half bath on this main level.

The first Master bedroom is on the main level and features a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and a private bath with both a separate shower and whirlpool tub.  There is also a 31 inch flat screen TV with a built-in DVD.  The second Master bedroom is located upstairs 10 steps and features a queen bed and a private bathroom with the standard shower/tub combination.  Also on this level is a separate laundry room. 

The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the top floor, which is up 8 more steps.  One bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with a separate shower.  The last two bedrooms share a bathroom with the standard shower/tub combination.  One of these bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a king size bed.  All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
