6 Spotted Sandpiper is a magnificent new home in the world famous Sea Pines Plantation. This 4th row ocean home, located next to the beach walk, is literally steps to the beach. A beautiful decorative brick fence and tall trees surround the swimming pool, and waterfall spa, providing the utmost in privacy. Adjacent to the large stone deck is a brick patio featuring an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and separate burner. Upstairs is a wrap-around deck. Beautifully designed and decorated, this 4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home features beautiful antique pinewood floors and ceilings, custom cabinets, and a gourmet kitchen. Guests will delight in the upscale, rustic atmosphere of the great room, perfect for family gatherings.

The kitchen features a large center island with amazing oyster shell counter tops, with extra sink, full and drawer dishwashers, 6 burner gas range, and floor to ceiling walk-in pantry. There is a Butler's pantry with mini-fridge/wine cooler, wet bar and ice maker. Besides a mud room with full bath, washer/dryer, and extra sink, the first level has a 1/2 bath. 12 steps lead guests to the family room which offers a flat screen TV and its own bar. A queen bedroom has a private bath with limestone counters, double sinks and all glass shower. The 3rd level provides a 2nd laundry room, as well as 3 other bedrooms. The master has hand-scraped antique pine beams above the king bed and a gorgeous private bath with double sinks, sunken Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is a door to the outside deck as well. The twin bedroom can access the upper deck and has a large limestone shower with glass inlays. The last bedroom features a queen bed, door to the deck, and private bath with a combination tub/shower with a limestone sink. This home is sure to provide memories for years to come.
