The dining room has an octagonal tray ceiling and a pass-thru to the kitchen. The large kitchen features granite counters and a center island. There are also beautiful light wood floors throughout. The very comfortable and pleasant screened-in porch has a swing and table and chairs. It looks out on to the private, sunny pool. There is a beautiful, wrap around lagoon view from most rooms in the house.
There are three bedrooms in this house, the first being the master bedroom with a king bed. This room has sliding glass doors which open to the pool area. It also has a private bath with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has two doubles. Both of these bedrooms have use of a large full bath located off the hall. There is also an additional half bath off of the kitchen.
63 South Sea Pines is an exceptional Hilton Head Island home with a sunny backyard overlooking the lagoon. It is also close to the South Beach Marina Village which offers shopping, dining and water sports.

| Absolutely loved staying two weeks in this home!! The screened porch has a fabulous swing/bed that we enjoyed every single day. The view of the lagoon is fabulous- you always feel like you are on vacation, even though you cant see the ocean! The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, and mostly shaded. The house was very spacious and comfortable- plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Wonderful memories of one of our best beach vacations ever! We stay in HHI nearly every year, and this is the first house I would rent again! Loved it!! | |||
