| We stayed in 6403 the first week of April for our spring break. This was our third year to vacation at Hilton Head and we thought this unit was the best one we ever had. The villa was decorated beautifully and had a great view. The pool area was the nicest one as well. The weather was perfect, so we would rate this spring break as one of our favorites. This unit would be our top pick for next year if we travel again over spring break. | |||

| My first visit to Hilton Head Island was made even better by the employees at Beach Properties. From the very first phone call to the last day of our stay, staff was very informative, helpful, prompt and extremely friendly. Never once did I feel like I was bothering anyone at anytime. The condo met every one of my expectations. It was very well kept. Beautiful ocean front view with great location to easily navigate the island. Would definitely recommend Beach Properties to everyone who is planning a Hilton Head vacation. Rates very reasonable. Thank you for a great first time experience. | |||
