The dining room has a large rectangular table for eight. Adjacent to the dining area is a sitting room. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or on the links. It has a curved couch, two ultra suede chairs and a decorative marble surround fireplace. There is a desk nearby which could be set up as a computer workspace. There is a nook next to the desk featuring a zoned stereo system, multi-disk CD player, and IPOD docking station. In addition, there is a wine cooler.

Off the kitchen there are 16 steps which lead to one of the master suites- the only room on the second floor of this home. This bedroom is very nicely appointed with a king size bed, rich dark wood furniture, a palm leaf ceiling fan, and a 26 inch flat panel TV with DVD player. The luxurious bedding has gentle accents of blue, harvest gold, and gray. This room also features a large walk-in closet with built-in shelving.  There is a secluded balcony for two which overlooks looks the pool, lagoon and golf course. The private bathroom has a double vanity, granite countertops, and a large tile shower.

To the right as you enter the home, are the three additional bedrooms. A second master suite is on the left with a king size bed, trayed ceiling, 32 inch flat panel TV with DVD player, two beautiful high back chairs with a raised chenille light blue coral pattern. The private bath has marble countertops, a walk-in shower, separate Jacuzzi tub, and a separate room with a toilet. Right outside this bedroom is an elegant half bath with a cabinet sink, and a unique gold leaf ceiling. At the end of the hall on the left is the bedroom with a queen size bed,  a 19 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, and a private bath with a combination shower/tub.
