The home located at 69 South Sea Pines Drive is bright, spacious and comfortable. The five large bedrooms, each with private bathroom, are arranged to afford maximum privacy. On the entry level are two king master bedrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds. One of the masters opens to the pool deck and has a double bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool tub. Both Master bathrooms have a rainmaker shower head for your ultimate enjoyment. Elevated from the large entry by three steps are the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has a lovely marsh view. Perfect for large family gatherings, the dining area has a table that seats 14. There is also a two level deck off the dining and kitchen area with a gas grill and dining table. Upstairs is a loft with a sleeper sofa which includes a computer nook with a pleasant skylight as well. This level also has two private bedrooms; one has a king bed and the other has a king and twin daybed with popup trundle.

The large, sunny pool is fenced in, giving guests the upmost privacy. At the base of the pool is a hot & cold outdoor shower so you can rinse off after a day at the beach. This home is only a 3 minute walk to the beach across South Beach Lane and down a short beach path. 69 South Sea Pines is also located right next to Sprunt Pond where you can enjoy some fishing. This very enjoyable home provides lots of room for everyone.
