7 Lands End Way is a designer decorated Cape Cod style duplex and one of Hilton Head, South Carolina's finest rentals in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. The kitchen, living and dining areas have beautiful wide-plank wood flooring running throughout. The living room has vaulted ceilings, 42" flat panel TV and an additional sitting nook. The living room expands out into a Carolina area with expansive and breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and a breakfast bar for two. Off the kitchen is the dining area which is spacious and also provides amazing water views.
Off the dining area is the master bedroom with a king bed, 32" flat panel TV and water views. The on-suite bathroom has a large granite vanity, walk-in closet and large walk-in shower with a granite bench. The second and third bedrooms both have a king bed. The hall bathroom, shared by these two bedrooms, has been completely updated with a granite vanity and a walk-in shower with a bench.
This vacation property is on one level and has a large, private deck leading out directly to the beach. Sit back, relax and enjoy watching the sunsets, boats come and go or the dolphins playing in their natural habitat. Lands End has a community pool and is just a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village which is full of activities for the whole family.

| The property had luxurious accommodations that was extremely clean and well equipped. The views were tremendous - enjoyed watching the dolphins go by each day. Very quiet and relaxing. Had the option of using the beach 500 ft away or going to the ocean, which was still convenient. We are looking forward to going back. | |||

| We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 7 Lands End Way in Hilton Head. We traveled with small children and it was a nice treat to be such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the property itself was very clean. We have no complaints and look forward to staying in the same property again next year! | |||
