A wonderful breakfast nook to the right of the living room provides seating for 4, and a wet bar with a sink and glass shelves. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of lemonade mid-afternoon in the screened-in porch which has plenty of tables and chairs and a love seat. Stepping outside, bird enthusiasts will be delighted with the secluded backyard as they relax on the multi-tiered decks. The swimming pool is surrounded by gorgeous tall trees and landscaped shrubbery offering the utmost in privacy. A nice small grass yard is on the left, which leads to the golf course.
On the opposite side of the home are the carpeted bedrooms. The last 2 bedrooms are situated to the left of the front door with the twin bedroom facing the side yard, and the queen bedroom facing the front yard and driveway. The 2 twins are just beyond the half bathroom, and have refreshing light yellow walls, TV with VCR/DVD, a nice wooded view, and a private combination tub/shower. A second long hallway leads to the queen bedroom with a nautical themed bedspread, 2 small spinning armchairs, and a private bath with a combination tub/shower with a skylight. This delightful home has all the amenities for a wonderful family vacation.
Be sure to bring your tennis racquets for a free hour of tennis daily. The home is an easy half mile bike ride to the beach walk. Guests may also bike or drive to the Dunes House, which offers parking, restrooms, and an outdoor shower. A great way to unwind after a day at the beach, there is a covered bar for cocktails, a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with tables and chairs, and a varied menu for both lunch and dinner.
