The garage area has been converted into a game room, complete with seating area with a television, a ping pong table, a poker table, dart board, and foosball table. Located in beautiful Sea Pines Plantation, this home is a two minute walk from the beach as well as a short bike ride to South Beach Marina, where you can find local restaurants and shops.
