This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is located across the street from the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Walking into this townhome, you will feel right at home in this bright and comfortable vacation villa. The living room features high ceilings and a large leather sofa with additional chairs so that everyone can relax together. Off the living room is the dining area that has access to the screened porch which leads to the additional outside deck. From this location you will enjoy tranquil views of the lagoon. The kitchen is just past the dining area and offers lots of counter space. There is also a breakfast bar that seats four, in addition to the formal dining area. Off the kitchen is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer as well as an extra half bathroom.

On the opposite side of the living room is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and a large window with beautiful views of the lagoon. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double sinks, tub and a separate shower. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms on opposite sides, offering great bedroom separation. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath with a shower and a nice skylight. The third bedroom has a queen bed with at large walk-in closet and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bedroom also has a recliner, perfect for reading a book before bed.

Huntington is a nice complex located just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Just a 5 minute walk away you will also find the community pool, hot tub and children's pool. Hilton Head Island resorts, like Palmetto Dunes, offers fun for the whole family including: golf, tennis, beaches, kayaking and miles of biking trails. 7650 Huntington is a great location for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

    We have stayed at 7650 Huntington before and we really enjoy the unit and the location, especially the screened in porch and the view of the lagoon. We will be back again.

    We had a wonderful weeks stay at this property. The property itself was in top order and provided all the home from home comforts that one would ever need. The location of the property afforded wonderful peaceful views overlooking the lagoon which is teeming with wildlife (we had several early morning kayak trips where we paddled our way through the miles of lagoons). A short pleasant walk took us over the boardwalk onto the magnificent beach, where we spent many hours relaxing, swimming, walking and cycling. We took day visits to Savannah, Beaufort and its surrounding areas. Ate lots of seafood and low country dishes at a variety of local restaurants. Now we have returned home and I want to do it all over again! See you next year!

    This was the second year in a row that we rented this house and we loved it again this past year. It is clean and comfortable. The location is great and my kids love that there is a pool as well as the beach. It has all the comforts of home and if all goes well we will try to rent it again this coming year.
