8109 Wendover Dunes is a Palmetto Dunes beach villa on Hilton Head. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is located on the first floor and is on one level. As you enter the foyer, the immediate view straight ahead is the spacious living room and dining room with new carpet throughout. Attractively furnished, the comfortable sitting area provides a 37 inch flat panel HDTV and an I-Pod docking station. The open floor plan has a dining area with a large table seating six. Just beyond the living area is a very large wrap around screened in porch. On the porch is a dining table with 4 chairs as well as 2 additional chairs and a lounge chair with separate cocktail tables. The view from the porch is a lush, tropical, protected wooded area. The villa is situated next to the pool entrance and across from the beach path and is just a convenient 2 minute walk to the tranquil beach of Palmetto Dunes.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area which has a breakfast bar with three chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a flat top stove and a French door refrigerator. Across the foyer from the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master suites with king size beds and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs and DVD players. One master bedroom is entered from the living room. The other 2 bedrooms are off of the foyer. Both master bedrooms have access to the screened porch and the attached baths have whirlpool tubs and separate showers. The twin bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and jetted tub combo that also connects to the hallway. Overall, there is good bedroom separation and lots of space to spread out.

There is nothing left to chance in this gorgeous villa. The location is peaceful and quiet, but it's just a quick walk to the pool and beach. The screened in porch provides a perfect spot to relax, surrounded by quiet sounds of nature.
