There are hardwood floors throughout the spacious living area and all the bedrooms. Guests will have plenty of room whether relaxing in the living area, which includes a large dining table with seating for six, or on the large wrap around screened porch which overlooks the lush tropical landscaping. There is a 37 inch flat panel television in the main living area and a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen opens into the living/dining area and has tile floors and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 chairs for quick meals for the kids.
The first of two Master bedrooms is located off the living area and provides access to the screened porch as well as a private bathroom. This bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. There is also a 24 inch flat panel television in this bedroom.
The two other bedrooms are located off a short hallway when you first enter the villa. The first is the Guest bedroom which has two Twin beds and access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, also connecting to the hallway. The second bedroom is the other Master with access to the screened porch as well as a private bathroom. This bathroom is large and spacious with a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and a large separate shower with a bench.
The highlight of this villa is a large wrap around screened porch. There is a table with 6 chairs for eating outside and also two lounge chairs for relaxing, taking naps or reading a good book.
