9 Hunt Club, a fantastic 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home,  is one of the unique Palmetto Dunes House rentals that boasts many amenities not found on the rental market.  The home features a private theater with complete surround sound system and projection television, game room with a ping pong table, and lots of indoor/outdoor entertaining space.  9 Hunt Club is a beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood, and is on a cul-de-sac.  The half-circle driveway is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.  Guests will delight in the large covered front porch with 4 rocking chairs, perfect for soaking up the ambience of the Low Country.  Nestled in amongst tall oak trees draped in Spanish moss and beautiful stands of bamboo, the good-sized backyard provides the utmost in privacy.  A magnificent swimming pool and elevated hot tub will be perfect for your family retreat.  The entire family can enjoy a cookout on the outdoor deck off the first floor living area.  There are tables and chairs, plus a propane gas grill.

On the first floor of the raised –level home, there is a carpeted office/den on the left with tall built-in wood shelves, a desk, and a TV.  With free wireless throughout, it will be easy to stay in touch with friends and family on your laptop.  There is a ½ bath nearby with a pedestal sink.  On the right of the front entrance, there is a formal dining room with a gorgeous wood table and 10 high-back cushioned chairs.  Elegantly appointed with a stunning flower arrangement and artwork, every meal will be special.  Just around the corner is a spacious kitchen with wood cabinetry with glass shelves, Corian counters, and updated appliances.   The center island has 2 stools, and a flat cook top.  Guests will enjoy the breakfast nook featuring a table that seats six, tall glass windows to watch the birds, and decorative hand-painted ivy on the walls.  The huge living room, which is directly across from the front door, and down 3 steps, has a large flat screen television with HDTV. There is a comfortable tan couch, 2 armchairs, and built-in wood shelves.  The upper deck can be accessed through glass doors. 

The luxurious master bedroom, down the hall on the right, offers a 4 poster king bed, sitting area with 2 armchairs, TV, and a walk-in closet.  It has a lovely view of the tropical backyard.   A spectacular private bathroom has a sunken Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and his and her vanities.  There are 3 bedrooms upstairs.  The second master suite has a king bed, 2 high-back chairs with a palm tree motif, TV, and a wonderful view of the pool and bamboo trees.  A private bath has a combination tub/shower.  The third bedroom provides a queen bed, chair with an ottoman, TV, and a view of the yard.  A Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects to the final bedroom with 2 twin beds, each with a trundle bed.  Each bedroom can access its own sink and toilet, but share the combination tub/shower. The twin bedroom has a whimsical hand-painted mural depicting vines and flowers, a TV, and a view of the beautiful trees in the front yard. 

The whole family will be able to unwind together in the extraordinary home theater that is located downstairs from the main level.  Stadium seating with leather couches, recliners, and drink holders will be the perfect setting to watch your favorite movies after a great day at the beach.  There is even a theater marquis right outside the door. A game room adjacent to the theater will be fun for a challenging game of ping pong!  There is a mounted television so you can keep up with the latest sports programming. 

9 Hunt Club has all the amenities of a Hilton Head Island rental home, and is truly a home for all seasons.  With an inviting interior, easy 10 minute walk to the beach, and an attractive backyard in a natural setting, guests are sure to create many fond memories.
