Located in the highly desirable South Beach area of Sea Pines Plantation, this "Key West Style" villa has magnificent views of the Calibogue Sound. A large deck, with built-in benches and a variety of seating, is the perfect spot to watch shrimp boats passing by, dolphins playing in their natural habitat, or viewing a breath-taking sunset. Guests can grill out, sunbathe or take a stroll down a wooden walkway leading to the beach. This Cape Cod duplex offers all of the amenities of a premier vacation home. The living room, dining room, and the kitchen all have beautiful wood floors, creating a warm ambience. The kitchen has been completely renovated, and features an island with a range and oven, granite counters, and new cabinets. Elegantly decorated, the living room leads to a screened porch with table and chairs, wood floors, and a view of the water. A separate den offers guests a chance to relax with a good book or watch TV on a new flat panel.
The first floor master bedroom offers a king bed, private bath with double sinks and large shower, and a view of the Calibogue Sound. It also has a mounted flat panel TV. There is also a full hall bathroom on the same level. Upstairs the queen bedroom features a private bath with double sinks and shower only, gorgeous views of the water and tall pine trees, and a flat panel TV. The third bedroom with 2 twin beds has new furniture, a mounted flat panel TV, and a private bath with shower only. Lands End has a community pool surrounded by landscaping for privacy. Whether enjoying breakfast with your morning coffee on the screened porch, watching the seagulls, or sipping a cold lemonade mid-afternoon on the back deck, guests are sure to have a wonderful vacation in this delightful villa.

| We were pleasantly surprised by how close this unit is to the water--a short walk down the boardwalk and you are on the beach. The dolphins and pelicans kept us entertained for hours. The house is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked with anything that you might need. The pictures do not do this house justice! We have found Beach Properties to be a very professional company to work with. A big thank you to the owners of this house--we hope to stay here again. | |||

| Wow! 9 Lands End Way was perfect for the 4 of us. It was right on the beach where the Atlantic flows into Calibogue Sound, so every morning we watched dolphins swimming into the sound, and every afternoon we watched them head back to sea. The accommodations were great ... the nicest we have stayed in [we have been to Sea Pines 3 times, Palmetto Dunes twice] and a perfect locale for watching sunsets and moonsets. Check-in was super easy--no keys; just a code number that we had weeks before arrival. The pool was a great alternative to salt water, and the location--end of the island, just a few moments walk from the Salty Dog--meant little traffic and lots of solitude. | |||

| This is our second time staying in 9 Lands End Way. The updates to the property were very nice. They made the stay even more enjoyable! I would highly suggest this for families since it is a short walk to the Sound and the parents can keep an eye on the kids at all times. The service that Beach Properties provides is top notch, that is why we have been with them several years. | |||
