9 Old Military Road is an exceptional family home with a private pool, conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, guests will enjoy this upscale 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home. There is an eat-in kitchen and formal dining room, beautifully decorated with light yellow walls and dark wood floors. The large carpeted living room with high ceilings leads out to a long covered porch with rocking chairs and a swing. A screened-in porch overlooks an elevated deck and the swimming pool, which is surrounded by tall trees. The gorgeous first floor master bedroom with a mounted flat screen TV and walk-in closet, has a private bath with double sinks, sunken Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. There is a half bath on this level as well. Upstairs is a loft area with a twin sleeper sofa and a TV. The second master bedroom has a king bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, a walk-in closet, private bath, and a 50 inch TV with DVD. The queen bedroom has a TV/DVD and a private combination tub/shower. The final bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV/DVD, and a private combination bath. Guests will truly enjoy this magnificent Southern-styled home, whether they are relaxing indoors with the family or basking in the sunlight in the backyard.

| Loved this house and loved our entire experience! What a wonderful, relaxing week with family! Could not have asked for better. From the reservation process, (which was extremely pleasant) to our arrival, all went smoothly. Another plus - the location made for easy biking to both South Beach and Harbour Town, while keeping the beach within reach. And the pool...ahhhh...so refreshing!!! | This house is in a great area, with very little traffic. About a 10 min walk to the beach but it was easy and no issues. No real complaints, the house had everything that you would need to stay for the week. It was very comfortable and felt like home. The pool was a little bit of a pain because of all the pine trees. Every day it needed to be skimmed and cleaned. I would recommend this house and the rental company. It was a very pleasant and easy process and a great house in a great location. I will be staying here again. | |||
