9 Old Military Road is an exceptional family home with a private pool, conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, guests will enjoy this upscale 3 bedroom, 4 bath home that features a bonus room above the garage. The bonus room provides 2 queen sized sleeper sofas, has a walk-in closet, private bath, and a 50 inch TV with DVD. There is an eat-in kitchen and formal dining room, beautifully decorated with light yellow walls and dark wood floors. The large carpeted living room with high ceilings leads out to a long covered porch with rocking chairs and a swing. A screened-in porch overlooks an elevated deck and the swimming pool, which is surrounded by tall trees. The gorgeous first floor master bedroom with a mounted flat screen TV and walk-in closet, has a private bath with double sinks, sunken Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. There is a half bath on this level as well. Upstairs is a loft area with a twin sleeper sofa and a TV. The queen bedroom has a TV/DVD and a private combination tub/shower. The final bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV/DVD, and a private combination bath. Guests will truly enjoy this magnificent Southern-styled home, whether they are relaxing indoors with the family or basking in the sunlight in the backyard.
