9 St. George is a private 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island. This home is just a 7-9 minute walk to the beach and is settled directly on Palmetto Dunes' 11 mile lagoon system. The large living room and formal dining area offer beautiful lagoon views. The open kitchen has granite counters, a large island and a connecting family room with sleeper sofa leading to the back patio. Off the patio guest will find the private pool and the private dock on the lagoon. On this main floor is a half bath and the master suite which has a private bathroom with jetted tub, double sinks and separate shower. On the second level of this home are three bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms. The first room has a king bed, second room has two twins and the third has two queens. This large home offers room for the whole family to spread out.

| We loved this home. Plenty of room for 2 families with 5 kids. Loved the fact that each room had their own bathroom and shower. The location was close to the beach.
