15 Lands End is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath Cape Cod Duplex located in the Southern point of Sea Pines with beautiful beachfront views of the Calibouge Sound. The updated kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar for additional eating space. All three bathrooms have also been updated and feature granite countertops. The living room and dining room lead out to the large screened porch. Off the porch is your own deck with a grill and access to the beach path. The first master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king bed and a private bath with large walk-in shower. On the second level is another king master bedroom with a private bath and a third bedroom with two twins sharing the hall bath. Lands End is just a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village that feature dining, water sports, shopping and more. This updated vacation home is ideal for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.
