308 Beach Lagoon Villa is beautifully furnished and offers a great location - just a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club or the community pool. The villa has a great layout, the main living area has Master Bedroom and Bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Living Room has views of lagoon and golf course (Ocean Course). Beautiful new kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and dining area. There is also a den for reading or just hanging out. The other 2 bedrooms are located across the courtyard. One bedroom has a queen bed with private bath and TV/DVD. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, private bath and TV. 308 Beach Lagoon offers plenty of privacy for 2 families.
