Mall at Shelter Cove Over 35 stores located on Highway 278 across from Palmetto Dunes Plantation.
Pineland Station Corner of Highway 278 & Matthews Drive.  Restaurants, comedy club, jewelers and other local stores.

Shelter Cove Harbour at Palmetto Dunes Directly across from Palmetto Dunes Plantation on Highway 278.  Local shops & restaurants on the water featuring seasonal fireworks and live entertainment.
Fresh Market Shoppes Mid-island with local restaurants, gift shops, West Marine and Fresh Market.  Located ob Highway 278.
Park Plaza Located outside the main Sea Pines main gate.  Movie Theater, shopping, grocery store and numerous restaurants.
Sea Pines Center Local clothing shops, restaurants and jewelers.  Located on Lighthouse Road in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation.
