This den area leads out to a covered porch leading to the tropical pool/spa area. On the upper level, you are greeted by a bright open living space featuring beamed cathedral ceilings, large windows and skylights and a mounted 42” flat screen TV. The kitchen is every cook’s dream featuring beautiful granite counter tops with seating for 5, a Wolf gas range, 2 ovens, an additional icemaker and a separate wine cooler/mini fridge.
The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has large, solid wood rectangular table with seating for 8 and access to the deck with the gas grill. Off the living area there are two doors that open to the expansive wrap-around deck. With plenty of furniture for relaxing or dining while listening to the ocean waves, you can even catch some ocean glimpses. There are also 2 master suites on this level. The first features a king bed, 32” flat screen TV, hardwood floors, private access to the deck, as well as a tremendous walk-through closet which leads to the private bath. This bathroom has his/her sinks with granite counters and a double headed walk-in shower. The other master suite is located across the way also with a king bed, hardwood floors and a private bath with marble counters, walk-in shower, as well as a soaking tub.
