From the front door, guests are able to go downstairs to the den, which has a queen sleeper sofa and a massive 51” tv screen. There is a full bath, shower only. A large room with a desk is adjacent to the den, as well as a laundry room. Just outside, guests can relax and grill out on the patio overlooking the Calibogue Sound. The South Beach area, located at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation, is a secluded setting offering spectacular water views and memorable sunsets. The Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound come together in this area making it a great spot to watch boats come and go and dolphins play in the surf. The South Beach Marina Village provides a charming place to wander around - visit the many shops, or take in a delicious meal at one of the many eateries. There is also a full-service marina where guests can take charters, both for offshore and in-shore fishing excursions or scenic cruises. You can also rent kayaks, jet skis or take one of the many dolphin cruises to watch dolphin playing in their natural habitat. For tennis enthusiasts, there is the South Beach Tennis Club, which offers both clay and hard court surfaces. Whatever your passion, the South Beach area has it covered!
