Located in Palmetto Dunes, this home offers guests the use of many Palmetto Dunes amenities including the 11 mile lagoon system and bike paths throughout the resort. The living room opens to a deck overlooking private pool. Home is all on one level except Queen bedroom with private bath on second level, offering additional privacy. There is a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. Great home located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Located mid island, the Palmetto Dunes resort offers guests a world of amenities. Its 2,000 oceanfront acres are bordered on one side by 3 miles of windswept white sand beaches and on the other side by a protected walking and biking path. Amenities include three championship golf courses, with links designed by Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio and Arthur Hills; one of the top rated tennis resorts in the country; eleven miles of meandering lagoons where guests can kayak, canoe or fish in the peaceful waters; walking and biking paths throughout the resort; and beaches for relaxing or swimming in the Atlantic Ocean. Palmetto Dunes also features Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek and summertime Harbourfest, which features arts and crafts, live entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks display over the marina. Both the “beachside” of Palmetto Dunes and the “creekside” offer a variety of wonderful restaurants and shops. The Dunes Buggy runs during the vacation season and makes regular stops at The Dunes House, Mall at Shelter Cove, Shelter Cove Harbour , Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and Plaza at Shelter Cove.
