37 St. George is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath designer-decorated home located in Palmetto Dunes, with just a 5 minute walk to the beach.  The 4,000 square feet of living space is perfect for any family vacation.  From the moment the guest walks in the front door of this well-appointed home a feeling of elegance is felt throughout.  The living room offers cathedral ceilings and a 37" plasma TV.  There is a formal dining room that seats 10, as well as an eat-in kitchen table for 6.  The gourmet kitchen features a center island with 6 burners, and a breakfast bar as well as two double sinks.  The entire first level along with the upstairs master bedroom looks out to a pool surrounded by lush tropical plants, tall trees and a lagoon.  Relax in the elevated spa with a waterfall feature, or grill steaks on the gas grill.  The first level has a 1/2 bath plus a king bed with private bath and extra hall entrance.  Nine steps leads to a media room with a leather sleeper sofa, TV and VCR, stereo and a desk.  Also two twin beds have a private bath with shower only and hand painted murals with a seashore theme.  Adjacent to this bedroom is a queen bed with private bath, shower only.  Eight steps leads to a game room with a sleeper sofa and bumper pool, which can function as an extra bedroom.  The master bedroom located on the third level has its own staircase with a sitting room at the top.  The large bedroom has an exquisite bathroom featuring a sunken Jacuzzi tub with windows and Greek columns, his and her vanity areas, a large marble shower featuring a bird etching and a walk-in closet.  The soothing color scheme of this fantastic house, coupled with the peaceful lagoon view will be the ultimate retreat for any family.

Located mid island, the Palmetto Dunes resort offers guests a world of amenities. Its 2,000 oceanfront acres are bordered on one side by 3 miles of windswept white sand beaches and on the other side by a protected walking and biking path.
