3 Atlantic Pointe has the southern charm of a Low Country home.  It is located in the exclusive Atlantic Pointe area of Sea Pines where there is a community pool, tennis courts and private beach access.  Most rooms overlook the 15th hole of the Ocean Course.  There are 2 covered verandas, one at the front of the home overlooking the pillared entryway and landscaped areas.  The second, larger veranda is located at the back of the home overlooking the golf course.  Both are perfect for unwinding.  The first floor master has a beautiful crescent shaped sitting area surrounded by windows.  The private bath has a double vanity, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub.  The upstairs master has access to a large balcony with expansive views of the golf course, lagoon, and a glimpse of the ocean.  The master bathroom also has a double vanity, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub.  The other two bedrooms are upstairs, both with twin beds and share a bathroom with a shower.  The kitchen opens onto the traditional dining and living area.  The newer furnishings offer a very elegant yet comfortable stay.
