49 Lands End is a premier spot on the tip of the island with a magnificent view. This beautiful villa on the Calibogue Sound is ideal for a family & friends vacation on the beach and offers views of dolphins playing, Harbour Town, sea birds, boats, kayaks and breathtaking sunsets. This villa has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated with granite and antique pine floors on first floor. Enjoy sitting out in the air-conditioned sun room with sliders that open to the natural habitat. The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counter tops and opens up to the dining room and living room which features a 46 inch flat panel TV with a media center.

The first floor has two bedrooms with renovated baths and granite vanities. The King bedroom with views of the Sound has a private full bath with double sinks and soaking tub & shower with TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a full bath which has a walk-in shower. The second floor has another two bedrooms, both with renovated private baths with granite. The King bedroom has great views of the Sound and has a full bath with a walk-in shower & double sinks. The twin bedroom has a private full bath with a tub/shower.

This beautiful villa affords the pleasure of relaxing in the air-conditioned sun room and watching the dolphins playing, drinks on the deck, enjoying the awesome sunsets, fishing, crabbing, or just hanging out on the beach. Just a short walk to the South Beach Marina which is the home of the Salty Dog Cafe, shops, entertainment and dining. Sea Pines features miles of bike trails offering a perfect vacation for all!

highly recommend this property! It is the perfect Hilton Head home with beautiful water and marsh views. The house is totally remodeled and outstanding. Bedrooms and baths are great. The enclosed porch / deck is the ideal sunset location. The sliding glass doors can be open to have a great outdoor feel. The location is very quiet with easy access to beach and dining. We have already booked this house for next year!

We have stayed at Lands End for many years but 49 has been the best yet. We knew the location was stellar but were very pleased with the accommodations. The unit had everything and more to suit our needs. I debated whether or not to do a review because this is a gem I would really not like to share, but in all fairness the owners deserve a great review and they deserve a full schedule for their remarkable unit.
