5 Battery Road is a totally renovated, 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located in Sea Pines Plantation. Upon entering the home, there is a welcoming view out to the pool and fairway of the Harbour Town golf course (link #5). The foyer, kitchen and all baths have beautiful travertine flooring and the living and dining areas have dark, hardwood floors.

The kitchen has granite counter tops including a large island with a second sink, breakfast bar, gas stove and stainless steel Thermador appliances. The cabinetry reflects an elegant French country style.There is a round wood table in the eat-in kitchen that accommodates four people. The adjacent dining area boasts a large wood table that seats ten.

The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and a 46 inch flat screen TV. Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom with king bed has access to the back patio and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower only. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and private baths with tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and has 2 queen beds, a 42 inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower only.

There is a large screened-in porch with a gas grill and refrigerator. Next to the porch is a 2-tiered patio with pavers and a sunny pool. Conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Harbour Town. All in all, this home is delightfully fresh and inviting.
