bedroom/2 bath oceanfront villa that includes a living room,
dining area, fully equipped kitchen as well as laundry area
and balcony. This would be an ideal family vacation or

TERMS and CONDITIONS to be eligible: You must be at least
25 years old to be eligible to win, only one entry per user.
Beach Properties employees and their immediate families are
ineligible to win. The date of the 7 night stay will be
determined by Beach Properties of Hilton Head, Inc. Contest
ends August 31, 2008. There will be 3 drawings, each for a 7
night stay. Drawings will be held on 3/3/08, 6/2/08 and
9/2/08; with the winner posted on our website the following
day. Each family or individual is limited to one winning
vacation award. Beach Properties of Hilton Head Policies and
Procedures: Indemnification of agent by guest - guest agrees
to indemnify and save agent, its employees and agents, and
its employees, free and harmless from any claim or liability
for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to
or in connection with rental of the dwelling, including but
not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or
damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or
sustained by a guest or any guest invitees. Check-in time is
4:00pm. When planning your arrival, make sure it is no
earlier than 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. Occupancy is
limited to 8 people. Use of the dwelling for anything other
than a vacation must be approved by Beach Properties of
Hilton Head, Inc. All properties are no smoking. Pets of any
kind are not permitted in the property. Owner, agent or
authorized repairman may enter the dwelling during customary
business hours for the purpose of making a repair,
improvements, care and/or management of the property. If
guest violates any of the conditions or restrictions of the
rental agreement, Beach Properties may terminate this
agreement and enter the dwelling. Upon termination of this
agreement, guest shall vacate the dwelling immediately. The
undersigned guest understands and agrees that he/she is
responsible for the acts of all persons in his party or
guests of the party. The prize may be redeemed anytime in
2008, subject to availability. Value of this award is
approximately $3,000 (based on the vacation rate) and
includes rental rate, applicable taxes and fees.
