The breakfast bar also has a sink in the middle. The dining area has enough room for six people, and is round, making it a great dinner table for socializing.

1798 Bluff Villa is a great villa for families of 4, and the first bedroom that you come to will be on the right hand side, and is clad with two twin sized beds, with very nice red, white, and blue plaid patchwork comforter. The theme of the room is sailing, and has a small sail boat replica. Before you get to the second bedroom, the shared bathroom will be directly at the end of the hall, making it convenient for both the twin bedroom as well as guests hanging out in the living room. The second bedroom is also themaster bedroom, and has king size bed in which includes a private bath. Enjoy the décor of palm trees, pale blues, yellows and greens, and also don’t feel cramped because there is maximum storage in the dresser as well as the night tables.

When relaxing at night, hang out on your own private patio, and grill some burgers and hot dogs while you’re out there. From the patio you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Intercoastal waterway, and the pool and ocean are just a few minutes’ walk away.
