This spectacular 2nd row Sea Pines Home Rental is located on the beach path and has just been fully renovated. Renovations include all new furnishings, SMART flat screen LED TVs throughout the house, a more expansive kitchen, and an extensively updated pool area complete with outdoor kitchen/bar and flat screen LED TV.

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful wrap around porch. Perfect for whatever mood you are in! The open area is so relaxing to just sit in a rocking chair and listen to the ocean waves. You can also enjoy the sounds and smell of the ocean from several of the chairs and couches on the porch. It’s a favorite spot to eat lunch and play games on the picnic table – all while conveniently watching the kids at the pool.

Before you get too settled, please take a walk to the beach! You will be surprised at how short the walk is– in less than a minute, you’ll have your feet in the sand. It’s also great because you do not have to trek over long sand dunes. This really is one of the best features of the house (especially for those dads that have to carry out all the beach toys…)

This vacation rental has all the amenities and technologies of your home, but with a beach flavor by incorporating coastal blues, creamy whites and lots of seashells. The second floor features warm dark walnut hardwood floors and an open floor plan between the great room, dining area and kitchen. A large family, or group will love the large and open living space. For those who enjoy reading and relaxing, the vaulted high ceilings with skylights offers great natural lighting. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the 60” SMART flat-screen HDTV in the spacious Great Room and the system is fully wired with a blue-ray DVD player.

A large farmhouse table seats 10 people and will be perfect for family meals or game night. The updated kitchen has been designed to allow for at least 5 people to sit around the island. It has granite counter tops, two ovens and a walk in pantry to minimize those trips to the grocery store. There is also a second refrigerator off the utility room. The kitchen further extends into the Carolina room where table seating for 4 further complements the dining options.

Right off the kitchen you can walk onto the screened-in porch and down a back staircase to the pool and outdoor kitchen and bar area.

The main floor has 3 bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed, a wall mounted 42” SMART flat-screen LED TV, with convenient access to tha porch and a large master bath equipped with a Jacuzzi jet tub and walk- in shower. A second master bedroom features a king bed, a wall mounted 42” SMART flat-screen LED TV and wheelchair accessible bathroom with convenient access to the porch and private bath. The third and final bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, a wall mounted 32” SMART flat-screen LED TV.

Walk downstairs to the ground floor and you’ll find another area to relax in the den. This den conveniently opens to the pool area but is also a quiet spot if you are looking to get away or watch a movie. There are several seating options and also a pull-out sofa queen bed if you need extra sleeping options. A 60” wall mounted SMART flat-screen HDTV and Blue-Ray DVD player provide the ultimate in entertainment . If you need to do some work on vacation, a desk and writing center is conveniently located here.

There are 4 additional bedrooms on this floor. In the fourth bedroom you will find 2 queen beds, a wall mounted 32” flat-screen LED TV and private bath. The fifth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a wall mounted 32” SMART flat-screen LED TV and private bath. The sixth bedroom is the third master suite with direct access to the pool, this bedroom has a king size bed, a wall mounted 42” SMART flat-screen LED TV, a large master bath equipped with a Jacuzzi jet tub and walk- in shower. The seventh bedroom is a kid’s dream room featuring custom made built in double bunks with four twin beds. Each bed features its own reading nook. The room also includes a wall mounted 32” SMART flat-screen LED TV and private bath.

The first level also features a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and the extra refrigerator is located off this room for additional storage.

Off the den, the private swimming pool and hot tub will be another area you will love. The entire pool area has been fully renovated. We’ve installed decking pavers to enhance the look and feel of the pool area and also created an outdoor kitchen and bar including a built-in gas grill, sink, refrigerator, and ice maker, for drinks and entertaining at the pool. Relax around the pool with plenty of outdoor seating options including chaise lounges, chairs and bar seating around the kitchen area within easy viewing of an outdoor 42" SMART flat-screen LED TV.

This wonderful location is an easy bike ride to the South Beach Marina Village where you can enjoy dining, shopping and water sports and features all of the Sea Pines convenient amenities like world-class golf, Harbour Town Marina, Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Riding Stables just to name a few.
