Upon entering the villa you will immediately notice the bright and airy feel of the open floor plan. To the left, there is a queen bedroom with TV, and a private bath with shower only. The living room is also to the left featuring a large sectional sofa, 2 over-sized armchairs, a 47” flat screen TV, an IPOD symphony system with speakers and access to the 38 foot balcony. In addition, there is a wet bar with sink and small refrigerator. Elegantly draped windows surround the room which lets in a lot of natural light, and gives you panoramic ocean views. Adjacent to the living area is the dining room. It features a large glass top table for 8, gingham upholstered chairs, an ornate chandelier, and a beautiful stone tile border which frames in the table.

To the right of the entrance is the kitchen. It has stainless steel appliances, unique granite counter tops, and a custom built-in table for 4, along with a breakfast bar for three. Going straight past the kitchen, is a hallway. The first bedroom on the left has, a king sized bed, 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom featuring a combination whirlpool tub/shower. It also has balcony access. Across the hall on the right side is a queen bedroom with a 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a private bath with a combination shower/tub. At the end of the hallway is the master suite features a king sized bed, 32” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, balcony access and a Galileo telescope for adult stargazers!
