There are 4 steps down to an outdoor shower, and then 13 steps down the a little sandy path leading to the beach. There are 2 private parking spaces in front of 45 Lands End. Five steps lead to a covered porch.

Heart of pine flooring in the living room, dining room, and kitchen lends a rustic upscale ambiance to this fabulous villa. The living area offers a comfortable couch with 2 armchairs, a 46 inch screen TV with DVD, and cute bird decorations throughout. The elongated living room includes a second seating area with a glass table on a bamboo stand and 4 high back wood chairs. It will be easy to unwind in the glass enclosed area, especially with a wet bar, and a magnificent view of the water. The dining room, which is adjacent to both the living room and the kitchen, has an oval wood table with 7 high back antique-style chairs with beach scene cushions. The kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, rustic cabinets, and a flat stove.

This tastefully decorated villa offers great bedroom separation. From the front entrance, just past the dining area, there is a carpeted guest bedroom downstairs facing the front yard. Decorated in bright tropical colors of green, red, and yellow, there are 2 twin beds, an armchair, and a large flat screen TV. There is private bath with a combination tub/shower. Also on the first floor is a carpeted master bedroom with a soothing color scheme of green, and pink. There is a king bed, flat screen TV, and a great view of the water. A door leads to the living room. The private tiled bath has a shower only with a handrail. At the top of the staircase there is a 3rd bedroom on the right with 2 twin beds. This delightful room, painted in Carolina blue and decorated with 3 parrot paintings, has a small flat screen TV with DVD and an extra chair. The private tiled bath has a combination tub/shower. The final bedroom to the left of the stairs, has a 4 poster king bed with a pink and blue floral comforter, antique dresser, and heavy drapes so you can block out the light and sleep in late! Coupled with a flat screen TV and a mesmerizing view of the Calibogue Sound, it will be easy to relax.
