The large open Living room includes a sitting area with television and two couches, a formal dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Off the living room guests will be able to enjoy the large wrap around screened porch and the lush tropical landscaping outside. There are also glimpses of the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and provides plenty of counter space. It opens into the living area allowing everyone to be together, great for entertaining.

Located off the living area is the first of three bedrooms which has 2 Queen beds and a private bathroom with double vanity, large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also private access to the large screened porch from this bedroom.

The other two bedrooms are located off a hallway to the right of the villa entrance. The first bedroom down this hall has a King bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo that also opens into the hallway. The second bedroom is the Master bedroom with a King bed, flat panel TV and private bathroom. This bathroom is very spacious and has a large Jacuzzi tub, double vanity and large separate shower with a bench. Guests can also access the screened porch from this bedroom.

The highlight of this villa is the large wrap around screened porch. There are three different seating areas-a table with 4 chairs and then two separate seating areas near the bedrooms. Providing plenty of room for everyone, the screened porch overlooks the lush landscaping and pool area, and provides a quiet refuge after a day at the beach or on the Hilton Head golf links.
