11 Lands End is the perfect place for Sea Pines rentals on Hilton Head!!! It is a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath Cape Cod duplex, located on the Calibogue Sound. The South Beach area is very desirable, with the marina being just around the corner. It is the southernmost point of the island and just a one minute walk to the beach. It makes this an ideal location for families with small children.

You are greeted pleasantly at the front door by “Hilton” the pelican. When entering the home to the left is the first bedroom which features a king-sized bed, with a new mattress adorned with crisp white linens, and delicate floral accents throughout. It has a 32” flat screen TV in the armoire, and a beach-themed bathroom with a combo shower/tub. This bathroom can be shared with the living area, but also made private by closing a door.

Straight ahead of the front door, you will walk up a flight of stairs to the other two bedrooms. The twin bedroom is on the front side of the home, featuring a 26” flat screen TV and a private bath. The king master bedroom, with its soothing color palate, is on the backside of the house facing the water with spectacular views of the beach and sound. It has a 26” flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a new decorative tile shower.

To the right of the entrance is the galley style fully-equipped kitchen featuring custom wood cabinets, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile back splash, and slate-stone counter tops. are carried throughout the living/dining area as well, which are also to the right of the front door. In the dining area you will have a wooden table for six, antiqued chairs, a branch-inspired chandelier and a beautiful view of the sound.

The living room has a new, large couch, 2 over-sized arm chairs, a 32” flat screen TV with DVD player and has access to the glass enclosed sun room, which has a round table with four cushioned chairs and a ceiling fan. Beyond this room, is the additional outdoor deck with charcoal BBQ, brand new foot wash and is a superb spot to watch pelicans fly, the sun setting, boats coming and going or the dolphin playing in their natural habitat.
